Strength is something you build — quietly and consistently, you must forge strength. This is where you fight through the struggle. It is here where changes really take place, not just physically, but in the way you carry yourself, the way they speak/think about yourself, and the way you show up in your life. This is where you discover your potential and reclaim your strength and power. This is how empowerment gained through movement.
Your body is not a static, there are infinite variables that impact your body., and it’s always communicating with you. Our movement assessments, give us a chance to listen to what our body is telling us.
Movement Assessments are performed regularly and we will teach you how to assess yourself. This will become and ongoing relationship between you and your body.
You don't need to be a fighter to train like one. Boxing, or any conditioning, will push your boundaries and help you learn to adapt to the unexpected throws of lift. Every session builds endurance, coordination, and mental sharpness while giving you a healthy outlet for whatever the day threw at you.
Boxing conditioning combines footwork, mitt work, combinations, and cardio into one of the most effective — and genuinely fun — full-body workouts available. Open to all experience levels. No sparring. No ego. Just you, the bag/mitts, and the work.
Mobility is not flexibility. It is not stretching for the sake of stretching. It is your body's ability to move freely, with control and confidence — and it is the foundation that everything else is built on.
