Meet Desireé

I didn’t grow up an athlete. I found movement later in life, and in many ways, that’s what shaped how I train today. I was introduced to boxing only a handful of years ago and was drawn to its strategic intensity and the way it challenged me to push past my perceived limits. I later added a daily yoga practice to my lifestyle, where balance, control, and awareness added a new layer to how I understood my body. That contrast—power and softness, effort and ease—changed everything.

Through that process, I began to realize that I not only loved learning about movement. Since then, I’ve pursued certifications in personal training, yoga, strength / conditioning, nutrition, boxing, and mobility.

At the heart of my work is connection. I love working with people, meeting them where they are, and watching them grow into stronger, more confident versions of themselves.
